"And this, our life, exempt from public haunt, finds tongues in trees, books in the running brooks, sermons in stones, and good in everything." William Shakespeare
I took this shot while walking around Grant Park on Sunday with Boy Wonder and Child Genius. It was so beautiful and it's lovely to look at this morning while everything around my house including my screen porch is covered in pollen. The rains soon come so no worries. Also since I changed my diet and have only been using raw honey produced in Georgia I am not experiencing any troubles whatsoever with the pollen. Yesterday the count was 5,793!!!! and I went to the park with the kids and had a good time. I returned home with my legs completely yellow not a sneeze. I really believe a lot of our issues are related to our diets and what we put into our bodies also getting enough exercise is crucial too but I believe we made a serious misstep when we went for convenience over healthy. So enjoy the beautiful bloom.
3 Piece will be participating in Kaira Akita's A Clothes Encounter The Green Glam Market on April 17th, 2010 and the lucky Very Important People will take home a candle in their gift bag. Yeah!!! If you are in Atlanta check out the flyer and come by to smell the candles and shop till you drop. I almost forgot to mention that the Spring 2010 event benefits Cool Girls, Inc..
Isn't it beautiful? I took so many pictures on Sunday all around Grant Park. I know you are waiting in anticipation for the Headless Revolutionary to make another appearance, no worries. He will return this week.
found this guy with no head in the dryer and will be posing him around the house. My son made this fortune jar in 3rd grade it contains sayings of things he loves about me. I love it. Love is the Revolution.
"there's gonna be a lot of slow singin' and flower bringin, if my burglar alarm starts ringin" Girl you better send off the warning shot because a lot of Grown Men have fallen in the Deep End trying to play shallow around here! Loving this song.
I know nothing of potted flowers and since I have a slight obsession with fresh flowers in the house I bought this combination of hyancith, daffodils and tulips at Wal-Mart to pot and then cut instead of buying cut flowers. Well I guess the good people at Wal-Mart didn't know you aren't supposed to plant daffodils and tulips in the same pot because they kill each other off!!! I was so in love with the scent the Hyancith were giving off then came home to find two of them doing the slow dance with death. So I took this picture then gave it a quick death so I could place the bloom in the house where ironically it is now thriving and releasing that glorious scent.
