Sooo I have done a fair bit of stretching the past 6 months. Truth be told I am still in stretch mode right now, it's the only way to allow for growth. I am trying to find my comfort zone in this new space so I can push through again and again. I want to exhaust all of my possibilities and the only way to do that is to stretch beyond what I imagined my life to be.
